Important Registration Information & Policies

Note: The Global Summit on Cancer Advances (GSCA 2027) is structured as an in-person academic congress in San Francisco, California. In the event of force majeure or government-imposed travel restrictions preventing on-site assembly, registrations will automatically convert to virtual platform access or roll over to the subsequent congress edition.

Registration Includes

  • Official in-person participation pass as Presenter or Delegate
  • Accredited Certificate of Attendance & Presentation
  • Full access to all plenary keynotes, concurrent tracks, and scientific poster sessions
  • Official Digital Abstract Booklet and printed congress materials
  • Welcome reception, daily catered lunches, coffee/refreshment breaks

Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • 120+ days prior to congress (on or before June 15, 2027): Full refund less a $200 USD administrative processing fee.
  • 90–119 days prior (June 16 – July 15, 2027): 50% refund.
  • Less than 90 days prior (after July 15, 2027): Strictly non-refundable; full balance may be converted into a transferable credit shell or transferred to a colleague.

Force Majeure

The GSCA Organizing Secretariat and Research Riser shall not be held liable for disruptions, schedule shifts, or modifications caused by acts of God, public health emergencies, severe weather events, or international travel embargoes.
