If you require accommodation, select the number of nights and your preferred occupancy type (Single, Double, or Triple).
Please Note:- If you take Single Occupancy but wish to bring an Accompanying Person, you must instead choose Double Occupancy.
- For two accompanying persons, select Triple Occupancy.

Important Registration Information
Note: The Global Summit on Cancer Advances (GSCA 2026) will be held in a Hybrid Format. If international or national government-imposed travel restrictions prevent in-person participation, registrations will be automatically converted to virtual access. Please note that individual visa rejections or personal travel issues are not considered travel restrictions and will fall under the regular cancellation policy.
Registration Includes

Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 120+ days before the event: Full refund, minus $200 administrative fee
- 90β119 days before: 50% refund
- Less than 90 days: No refund; registration may be transferred to the next edition or converted to virtual participation (if applicable)
- Discounted registrations: Non-refundable, but transferable or eligible for credit shell
Important: Refunds are processed within 60 days of approval.
Special Circumstances
- Government-Imposed Travel Restrictions: If official national or international restrictions (such as pandemic-related bans) prevent in-person participation, your registration will be automatically converted to virtual access. No penalties will apply.
- Individual Visa Rejections or Personal Travel Issues: These do not qualify as travel restrictions. Standard cancellation policies will apply.
- Pandemic or Public Health Emergencies: If the in-person component of the conference is cancelled, the event will continue in a virtual format, and all registrations will remain valid for virtual participation. Refunds will only be issued if the entire event is cancelled, with an 8% transaction fee and VAT (if applicable) deducted.
- Natural Disasters / Force Majeure: In unavoidable events (calamities, terrorism, industrial disputes, etc.), the event may be postponed or switched to fully virtual. Registrations will be transferable, but no refunds will be offered.
The organizer is not liable for personal injuries or loss/damage of belongings during the event.
Accommodation Policy
Accommodation refunds are subject to the hotelβs cancellation policy. Discounted bookings are non-refundable but transferable. In pandemic-related cancellations, hotel policies will apply.
Who Can Register?
- Student Registration: For undergraduate/postgraduate students or recent PhD graduates with valid student ID.
- Virtual Attendee: For participants joining online via live streaming or interactive platform.
- Poster Presentation: Present research in-person or as an e-poster.
- Video Presentation: Submit a pre-recorded presentation with live Q&A session; includes conference materials and certificate.
- Accompanying Person: Spouses/partners or children under 21 (not eligible for certificate).
- Delegate Registration: For attendees joining primarily as listeners and for networking.
- Speaker Registration: For researchers, industry professionals, and academicians presenting their work; includes full conference access.
