Guidelines Overview
Authors are encouraged to submit abstracts that reflect innovative research and clinical practices in cancer care. All submissions will be reviewed by the scientific committee to ensure quality and relevance to the summit themes.

Abstracts must be submitted via the official online form. If unable to access the form, email submission is allowed.
Review Process
All abstracts undergo peer review. Decisions will be communicated within 7 days of submission.
Acceptance
Accepted authors will receive a Letter of Acceptance by email.

Abstract Submission Guidelines
- Abstracts must be submitted through the official online submission form.
- If you are unable to submit online, please email your abstract to the conference contact provided.
- All abstracts will be reviewed by the Organizing Committee, and decisions will be communicated within 7 days.
- Accepted abstracts will receive an official Letter of Acceptance via email.
- Each abstract should be concise and structured, clearly presenting objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
- The maximum word limit for abstracts is 300 words.
- All accepted abstracts will be included in the official conference proceedings.
- Presenters must use the official abstract template, which can be downloaded above.
- Multiple submissions are allowed, but each must be submitted separately.
Poster Presentation Guidelines
- The deadline for poster abstract submission is one month before the conference date.
- All abstracts must include complete details of the presenting author.
- Please use the official abstract template available for download on this page.
- Numerical data should be presented in graphs where possible; if tables are used, keep them simple.
- Limit poster text to approximately 750 words for clarity.
- Organize content into clear sections: Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and References.
- Use clear, bold visuals and bright colors to highlight key findings.
- Ensure text is easily readable from a distance of 4–5 feet.
- Poster dimensions should be approximately 1 × 1 meter.
- The title and author information must be clearly visible from 1–2 feet away.
